FAQ

Does ToVue use my location?

No. ToVue never uses GPS and never asks for location permission. The starting place follows your device’s Region setting.

Maps or 3D buildings don’t appear

An internet connection is required. 3D buildings and imagery come from Apple Maps, and the level of detail varies by area.

How do I record a video?

Choose Video above the shutter and tap the shutter to start. Tap it again to stop, then save or share from the preview. If recording is choppy, lower the frame rate or resolution in Menu > Photos & Videos.

How do I remove the ToVue logo from photos and videos?

After buying “Remove Ads & ToVue Logo” (one-time purchase), you can switch off Menu > Photos & Videos > Include ToVue Logo. Apple Maps attribution always stays.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the menu in the upper-right corner and tap Restore Purchases. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

How do I fly with one hand?

Turn on Menu > Controls > One-Hand Mode. Touch the stick to fly forward, push up or down to climb or descend, and left or right to turn.

How do I delete my data?

ToVue only stores settings on your device, and deleting the app removes them. Photos and videos saved to the Photos app stay there.
